4 weeks old today...let's celebrate by crying

Some days babies cry for the sake of crying. Today is one of those days. 

shes got a set of lungs haha. 

this is baby not 5 minutes later. Crying for the sake of crying is how this one wanted to celebrate 4 weeks on this earth. Who am I to stop her. 

Doesn't even seem like it's been 4 weeks. The dog is still adopting to what's going on. The baby is getting strong as hell and is about to start rolling over by her self which is insaine. This baby is killing the tummy time. 

Still can't wait for her to be a smart ass 3 year old. 

it's almost been 730 hours

Having a baby isnt as hard as people make it out to be. Coronavirus kinda made it not as fun but here we are. I've had full intentions of posting on this alot more than I have been but I honestly just have been too busy.  Lame excuse I know but rambling to the vast empty void of the internet hasn't been a priority as of late. 

The kid is awesome. She's a total little shit and has so much of Krissy's personality already. Only dropped her once. Babies do bounce can confirm. My favorite part is how protective Ender had been. It's his baby. Not ours. Madi is His charge. Yet he only wants to touch her on his terms. He won't let me set the baby up next to him to take their collective picture. Granted my dog is very eclectic so this isn't something I shouldn't have expected. 

I can't wait for this kid to be like 2 or 3. Honestly the infant stage sucks. Can't do much with the baby other than feed and change. Inb4 you'll miss this stage.

Hey look how great I am at using this damn thing. Well I'm back. Had salad for lunch the second day in a row. Not happy about it. But here we are. 7 weeks out from the baby. Shits about to get real. 

New Decade Same Shit

Welp January First again. This time a new Decade however, that makes it totally different. Staying on task for resoultions will be very different. I passed day one of semi-dry January but had a glass of flat Pepsi from Christmas so it's basically a wash. 

Got Krissy's baby shower invites made and ordered today so accomplished something at least other than curising my easy chair and playing video games. 

Gonna try and get up early and do a work out tomorrow. I'm a fucking hack. However having a baby in 3 and a half months is going to require some semblance of health improvement out of me. Going to start carrying around a bag of potatoes a few hours a day at home. That's kinda like a baby right? 

Tomorrow I start the design for the mural for the babies room. Harold and the purple crayon meets the pink elephants from Dumbo. Already putting in the effort to screw up my daughters mental state before she's even born. #Hype

The wife had a breakdown today by not being able to select an adequate dinner after lamenting not being able to get tacos from a pizzarea that closed 3+ years ago.  Exciting stuff, pregnancy is a hell of a drug.
